My wife is a German citizen which allows me use of their health care system. In America I can not afford to see a doctor because I can not afford health insurance. I just returned from an 8 month visit to Berlin and during that time, I was able to see more doctors than my entire life here in The States. Got my teeth fixed, got MRI’s and x-rays, muscle therapy and so on. I just think it is sad that another country took care of me when my own country (The United States), would and could not. Many of you will say to me – Well move to Germany. That is not an option for me and should not even be in the equation. Bottom line is that we can not and will not ever be able to offer our citizens real health care because of greed. Greed from doctors, insurance companies and big pharma! It is all about the green!
